Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Sales Executive Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. This role requires strong analytical skills, market research capabilities, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with senior staff to determine the range of goods or services to be provided.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and the setting of sales targets.
- Discuss employer’s or client’s requirements to ensure their needs are met.
- Conduct surveys and analyze customer feedback on services provided.
- Compile and analyze sales figures to track performance and identify trends.
- Prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Undertake market research to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Produce detailed reports and recommendations for senior management on marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
